Cancellation Policy
Time is the currency of our lives. We thoughtfully reserve your appointment time just for you and ask that the same consideration be extended to our team.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled service will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service total.
• No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Future booking privileges may also be restricted.
• Multiple Reschedules: We understand that plans can change. Each appointment may be rescheduled up to three times. After the third reschedule, the appointment will be canceled. Any future appointments will require full prepayment at the time of booking, which is non-refundable.
• Appointment Confirmations: Text and/or email confirmations are sent with your appointment details. Please review your date, time, location, and selected services upon receiving your confirmation.
